The final stage was won by Patricia Bailey (Wines of Washington/BikeSale.com), but Moriah MacGregor (Glotman Simpson Cycling Team) held onto the overall lead to win with an 8 second gap over fellow Canadian Sarah Stewart (Total Restoration Cycling Team)
