We're seeking an experienced, customer-focused bicycle technician to join our team at Different Bikes as Service Manager, West Vancouver. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the successful operation of a busy bike shop service department. A passion for cycling, proven success in delivering excellent customer service and deep experience in quality bicycle repair are the key requirements for this role. Direct experience in service management is preferred but seasoned technicians pursuing the next career step will be considered.
