Service Position Advanced - Full time

Job Location: Calgary AB, SE

Primary Focus: Service and maintenance of high-end bicycles

Service Position - Advanced Full Time
As a member of the service team you will be responsible for general bicycle service on a wide variety of bicycles. As a service technician you will be expected to identify mechanical issues so that suitable solutions can be established. Each mechanic has a separate work area with a complete set of tools required for bicycle maintenance. We are looking for pro-active candidates who are self-motivated meticulous problem solvers. Previous work experience is an asset; however, it is not a necessity. On-site team based training is provided.

Job Qualifications
• Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
• The ability to lead and transfer knowledge to junior technicians
• Knowledge of current cycling technology is an asset
• Mechanical skill/aptitude for dealing with changing evolving
technology
• Strong technical sense and an ability to diagnose and repair
• Comfortable communicating and acting within a team environment
• The ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a stressful
environment
• Computer (retail point of sale), written, and communication
• Time management/organization, the ability to make and meet deadlines
• 1-2yrs of experience is an asset
