The second annual bike ride for the Canadian Red Cross in Pinehurst, Nova Scotia, will take place on Saturday, June 11th (rain date: Sunday, June 12th). The 30 kilometre ride begins and ends at the Pinehurst Community Hall, with riders departing at 10:00 am. Refreshments and sandwiches to follow the ride.

The route is partly on paved highway, mostly on former railbed trail, and some on unpaved road. Road bikes or skinny tires not recommended.

The suggested entry fee is $20 by donation or sponsorship. Registration by e-mail, to cbmertens@gmail.com.
