Training Facility In Canmore Welcomes Coach Paul Kelly To The Team

Alex Wrubleski's coach, Paul Kelly, has joined professional Xterra racer Danelle Kabush at Canmore's InForm Performance Centre to provide coaching services and manage the road and triathlon retail store.
The pair is providing full-feature endurance coaching including lactate testing, V02 max testing, holistic nutrition, sports psychology, and Serotta System bicycle fitting. InForm is one of the only private facilities in western Canada performing running, cycling and swimming lactate tests, as well as providing pedal stroke, gait and swim stroke analysis.
The centre is currently booking clubs and individual athletes for single day or multi-day intensive cycling and multisport technical boot camps. The facility includes a double endless pool, treadmill, computrainers and spin bike studio.
A former european road racer, Kelly is known for his coaching work with rising road star and 2006 National Road & ITT Champion Alex Wrubleski. Canadian Cyclist followers may also remember his web log, Letters from Italy, published in 1998-2000.
Danelle Kabush, M.Kin., is currently completing her PhD in social psychology with an emphasis in sport psychology from the University of Ottawa. As a performance enhancement consultant and sport psychology educator, she has worked with a variety of teams, including the National Cross Country Ski Team
