Midweek Cycling Club will be hosting the Hell N Back Tour on Saturday, October 7, 2006. Start and finish will be at the Box Grove Community Centre in Markham, Ontario.

This well known epic route uses a mix of paved and gravel roads and off-road sections of "track" between Markham, Ontario and Lake Simcoe.

This year will feature the traditional 140 km route and a shorter 70 km route which still maintans the flavour of the full course. The course will be marked in advance and there will be a feed stop on the long course.

Midweek CC will provide some food and mechanical support, but riders should be self sufficient. The ideal setup for the ride is a road or cross bike with slightly heavier tires or a mtn. bike with slicks.

Parking and pre/post-ride facilities and refreshments will be available at Box Grove CC.
