Level I Road Coaching Course - Feb 24/25

Interested in becoming a coach, or want to learn more about the sport for yourself or your young athlete?

Luc Arseneau, a National Team coach from the Atlantic Cycling Centre in DIeppe, NB will be covering the following topics as well as sharing stories from his own experiences as a professional cyclist and coach.
• Organization and Rules of Cycling
• Equipment
• Clothing
• Position
• Riding Skills
• Tactics/Strategy• Diet and Race Feeding
• Training• Health and Injury

Course cost: $50
Course time: 9am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday
