Oak Bay Bicycles, one of the leading bicycle retailers in Victoria B.C., is currently accepting resumes for the position of Service Manager. We are looking for mature, experienced, and professional applicants for this position. We offer very competitive wages for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising high volume service department including delegating duties to mechanics and repair quality control
• Daily bicycle repairs
• Maintaining workshop inventory and organization
• Scheduling service department staff.
• Some customer service and sales

Requirements
• Must have extensive bicycle mechanic experience
• Must be completely comfortable with ALL aspects of bicycle repair including high-end wheel building and suspension work.
• Must have customer service and/or retail experience and be comfortable dealing with customers daily

Working Conditions
• Full Time - 40 hrs per week - vacation time is flexible
• Starting wage is commensurate with qualifications and experience
