Forest City Velodrome Open House for Young Riders

The Forest City Velodrome is pleased to offer a T-1 Open House to Cadet & Junior aged riders this Saturday June 16th.

Pre-registeration by email, the T-1 session will start at 3pm and run until 5:30pm at the FCV, the T-1 Open House will be part of the Velodrome's Velo-Kids program that runs every Saturday afternoon. plan to have the kids at the Velodrome at 2:45pm to get their pedals on their bikes.

Riders will need to bring their Shoes, Pedals,Helmets and riding gear. The riders will be given a complimentary Track 1 session. Instruction will be given on how to ride a fixed wheel bike and each rider will be included in our very successful V-Kids program. The course will teach them the fundamentals of riding the Velodrome.

Thanks to our Trillium Foundation Grant we will be offering the Track 1 session plus a bike at "no cost" for the participants.

Parents will be given a 50% coupon to be used for the evenings racing program which starts at 7pm June 16th.
