Americans Invade Forest City Velodrome

Another exciting weekend of racing is coming up at the Forest City Velodrome on Saturday night at 7pm, with a Madison Show planned for Sunday at Noon. We have confirmed that racers from T-Town in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey will be coming to the FCV.

The Can-Am Challenge will be contested in 3 different divisions. The Elite Sprint Tournament will be very competitive with only the top 12 Qualifiers advancing to the Sprint rounds. Cadet / Juniors, Masters and Women will have their own events on the opening night of racing. There will be racing for all categories.

On Sunday a matinee beginning at Noon will feature combined teams of Canadian and US riders. Juniors, Women, Masters and Elite riders will be participating. The program will have sprints, elimination races, as well as 2 Madison's.

Admission for the weekend of racing is $10.00.

The racers at the FCV want to welcome everyone to another exciting weekend of racing. If it has been a while since you have been at the track we all recommend you attend this weekend of racing.
