Geoff Gulevich has signed a two year contract with Rocky Mountain Bicycles. This recently inked deal will see the Rocky Mountain Bicycles Team begin a new era of freeride. Geoff Gulevich (N. Vancouver) along with Kyle MacDonald (Whistler) and Andrew Sherry (Vancouver Island) will follow the big footsteps put down by Wade Simmons the "godfather of freeride".

Rocky Mountain Bicycles has been an industry leader in the freeride/mountain bike industry since it's inception in 1986. "Working closely with our athletes has always allowed us to develop the best bicycles possible, we are really excited with our team for this year", said product manager Tim Mcdermott.

Wade as leader of the freeride team and the long time legend will travel and supervise the burgeoning careers of these three young riders. Looking to spread his wings and expand his horizons, Wade will be working more closely than ever with media and the inside team back at home base - Rocky Mountain Bicycles.

Geoff is one of the best young freeride talents in the world and he has appeared in many movies including New World Disorder, The Collective, and North Shore Extreme and is always a force at freeride events.

Kyle, is one of the youngest protégés to ever hit the slopestyle scene, and qualified 15th in 2006 at Crankworx Whistler.

Andrew Sherry, a young up and comer from Vancouver Island, will be hitting the slopes hard with his teammates and looking to learn a few new tricks.

Look for these Rocky Mountain Athletes to be hitting the slopes and movie screens throughout the summer and fall of 2008. Schedule of major events to include; Crankworkx Whistler, Crankworkx Colorado, Freeraid, Saalbach, Qashqai, Claw Invitational.
