There will be a Madison Clinic at the Burnaby Velodrome this Wednesday (April 23rd).

Part 1 and two will be taught on Wednesday at 7 PM and then the conclusion will be on Friday (25th) at 7 PM. Fees are $10/session ( $20 for Wednesday because it is two parts ) for non-members and $5 for members. Please email Jeremy < ahref=mailto:bigring54@shaw.ca>Jeremy so he has an idea of how many riders to expect.

Anyone interested in the advanced clinic the following week ( same prices ) can you also please email him.


Calgary Bicycle Track League 2008 Registration

The 2008 track season in Calgary is about to begin. Track cycling is a lot of fun and CBTL's training and racing provide something for everyone from the beginner to Olympic hopeful. Registration is at the Glenmore Velodrome on Thursday April 24th from 6:00-9:00 PM and on Saturday April 26th from 9:00 AM to noon. Training starts April 28, racing starts May1. We'll have our usual programs plus some new focused training nights and Madison training and racing. Track bikes can be rented for those who are new to the sport. See www.cbtl.ca for more details.
