Bob Schelstraete just sent us an message:

"I just received word that avid cyclist and one of the top cycling historians Arnold Devlin has suddenly passed away. I don't have any further details other than that he was apparently discovered in his apartment in Sudbury dressed in his cycling attire indicating that he possibly had just returned from a ride."
