Norco Appoints New President and CEO

Jim Harman, recently appointed CEO of Norco Products Ltd., is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. John Williams to the position of President.

John Williams graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1987 and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. After completing his schooling, John spent 6 years with Ernst & Young working in auditing, taxation, and corporate finance. Following a brief stint in the mining sector, John joined Norco in as the company's Controller in 1998, stepped into the role of CFO in January, 2003, and promoted to Vice President of Finance in early 2007.

"In his 10 year tenure John has successfully taken on a wide variety of responsibilities that will lend to a smooth transition, " comments Jim, "I'm confident that John will provide strong leadership in the future as Norco continues to grow."

Jim Harman, Norco's current President will assume the role of CEO to which John will report directly in his new responsibilities.
