Team H&R Block Seeks Cat 1 Riders for the 2009 Season

Team H&R Block is a Western Canada based Trade Team committed to the sport of cycling throughout Canada and the U.S. The Team races at the elite category 1 level with a focus on the development of young riders (U26) so they have an opportunity to achieve their goals by competing at the highest level of the sport. Over the past few seasons, Team H&R Block has boasted riders such as Alex Wrubleski (Team Columbia) and Ryan Mckenzie. In 2008, the Team has won numerous provincial and national medals. 2009 Team

Team H&R Block will further expand into British Columbia in 2009. The Team is currently ranked the number one road team in Alberta and has set our sights on winning the BC Cup series in 2009. The Team will also race in the U.S. and across Canada throughout 2009.

Cat 1 Riders Required

The Team in looking for category 1 riders in both BC and Alberta to further strengthen our current elite team.

Goals and Objectives - 2009 and Beyond

• Team H&R Block’s primary objective will be to become the strongest team in Western Canada.
• Continue to develop a program for younger riders (U26) to race within Canada and the U.S.
• Continue to attract young talent
• A robust race calendar
• Strong team management and business approach
• Win the BC Cup
• Win ARC
• Podiums at Provincial and National Championships
• All riders must have the right personality to fit within the team dynamics
• All riders must be ambassadors for the sport both on and off the bike
