Forest City Velodrome - Women's Camp #2 November 14th &15th

The second of 10 Women's track cycling camps at the Forest City Velodrome in London Ontario begins this Friday night at 6pm. With the help of Communities in Action "Active 2010" program the FCV is able to put on these "women's only" sessions throughout the winter.

This program is to help build the kills of women (all ages) who have taken the basic Track 1 session at the Velodrome.

Friday night will be a refressher session going over the basics of track etiquette and skills developement, Saturday there are 2 chances to gain experience during the regular Recreational Riding session from 1pm - 3pm, then from 5pm the camp will continue with more advanced skills and drills. No one will be left behind and many of our elite women's program will be attending this afternoon session to demonstrate drills and lend support for the newer riders.
