Today in the Course des Coeurs, Jan Zak and Jordan Cheyne attacked from the gun and got a gap of about a minute.  About halfway through the race Mike Miller (a PA state champ) and Justin Steeds from Mazurcoaching.com escaped the pack and bridged to Jordan.  At about the same time Jan Zak returned to the peloton.  The three riders maintained a gap of 45 seconds despite a chase all day from several riders in the pack.  On the easier parts of the course, the whole pack was chasing on the last 2 of 6 laps.
