Sixth Annual Race hits Downtown Vancouver on July 1st

The ZegnaSport Yaletown Grand Prix Back for a sixth great year with a new title sponsors, a new elite running event and a neighbourhood rejuvenated by the completion of the Yaletown Canada Line Station. On Canada Day, July 1st racers will again compete on the technical and exciting 900 metre, 6-corner course in downtown Vancouver which has produced thrilling races since it became the official route in 2006.

Once again in 2009, the Yaletown Grand Prix will be a part of the BC Cup Road series and will be a chance for the best riders in BC to gather points in this important developmental series.
Registration for the race has now opened and riders are encouraged to sign up early to avoid disappointment. 75-rider limits are in place for both the Cat 4 and Cat 3/Masters races. With the addition of running races to the event schedule the Men's Category 3 and Masters races have been combined so we expect this race to fill up at record speed.
