As we have to prepare for the BCMCA events at the weekend, this week's team time trial on the Nanaimo River Road has been postponed to next week and there will be no event this Thursday.

We need more volunteers for the weekend races, so if any of you are available to help out on Saturday or Sunday, please email me at pakamac@gmail.com
