Two-up time trial at Oak Bay, Vancouver Isalnd
Revised handicap system for 15 km as follows:
Under 40 - no handicap
41-50 - 4 seconds per year
51-60 - 5 seconds per year
61-70 - 6 seconds per year
71 plus - 7 seconds per year
