A number of readers pointed out that there was a mistake in the points awarded for the overall standings in the Fantasy Tour, with Lance Armstrong having been left out (along with the 23 points for finishing third overall). That has been corrected and, as speculated, has made no difference in the top three placings, since all had Armstrong. We apologize for the mistake, and the corrected standings have now been posted - see Daily News August 5/09 10:00 am - Final Standings for the 2009 Canadian Cyclist Fantasy Tour - Sponsored by Specialized.

We have also posted the winning teams for the top three players Here. It is interesting to note that all three had different teams, with the top two correctly choosing Franco Pellizotti (Liquigas).
