August 20/09 9:38 am - Petition in Support of the Hamilton Ontario Velodrome

As part of Toronto's bid for the 2015 Pan Am Games the committee is considering erecting a permanent velodrome in the Hamilton area to host Track Cycling events during the Games. There has been debate as to whether or not building a velodrome is worth the investment.
