Dear Track Cyclists, Coaches, Clubs, Organizations, and Supporters,
There will be a National Track Cycling Camp in Burnaby from November 2nd to the 6th and all are invited to join us.
The focus of this camp is to improve track speed and skills, as well as to serve as an introduction to the National Team Program and National Team Coach Richard Wooles.
Cyclists will be responsible for the cost of accommodation and booking of flights to arrive in Burnaby on Nov. 1, as training starts the morning of Nov. 2. Coaching and track time have all been planned and the costs will be covered by the CCA. More information will be sent regarding the training schedule as it becomes available; however, track time will be as follows:
November 2 - Monday - 9 AM until 12 PM
November 3 - Tuesday - 1 PM until 4 PM
November 4 - Wednesday - 9 AM until 12 PM
November 5 - Thursday - TBD
November 6 - Friday - 9 AM until 12 PM
Participants are welcome to compete in the Friday night races the evening of November 6th and are encouraged to bring road and track bikes as there will be some cross training and group rides the week-end of Nov. 7 and 8 should they wish to extend their stay past the National Track Team Camp.
Please RSVP your attendance by Friday October 23 to Petrina at firstname.lastname@example.org
