Just under three weeks to the 2009 OCA Cycling Celebration! The location of this year's Happening is the Whistler's Grill located on 995 Broadview Ave in Toronto, the date is Saturday the 21st of November. This will be a legendary event recognizing event organizers, athletes and volunteers.

The reception will start at 6 P.M. and the dinner at 7 P.M. There will be an inspirational slide show among other things so there is much to look forward to.
