Manitoba Mountain Bike Provincials

The Manitoba Sunlight Cup Provincial Mountain Bike Race was held Sunday, August 8th at the Pan Am Games course used earlier in the week. The event was sponsored by Olympia Cycle and Ski with substantial assistance from the Birch Ski Mountain Bike Club. Near perfect conditions were appreciated by the 165 riders competing in all levels and categories. The top five race results are as follows:

To be held Sunday, August 15 at the Hartland MTB Park in Victoria, BC. The event starts at Noon on Sunday. InfoLine: 250-384-3801. Entries available at Fort St Cycle, Mac's Cycle Centre and West Shore Bikes.

Rules:
Cruise around Hartland at your own pace.
Stop at each of the checkpoints.
Get a cool drink and a playing card.
Arrive at the finish with the best poker hand and you win the GRAND PRIZE of a WEEKEND FOR TWO TO MT WASHINGTON RESORT!
