Results from the final stage of the Tour of Luzon in the Philippines. Kelly Benefit Strategies David Veilleux was the Tour leader going into the final day of racing, but lost the overall by a mere 8 seconds to eventual winner Dennis Von Nikalk of EMG. Veilleux did win the U23 category overall.
