The Ontario Cycling Association (OCA) announced today the riders that make up Team Ontario for the coming year. Team Ontario is made up of 15 Tier 1 athletes (National team), 16 Tier 2/Quest for Gold athletes (note: some are also in Tier 1) and 29 Tier 3 (OCA Carded) athletes (note: 1 athlete is also Tier 1).
