Youth Development Coordinator/High Performance Assistant

Cycling BC is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to coordinate our High Performance and Youth Development programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in growing participation through the coordination of a new middle/high school program and youth racing leagues.

The position will also play an important role in the support of our high performance program in both our Olympic and non-Olympic disciplines (Road, Track, Downhill, BMX, Cross Country).  The Cycling BC High Performance program has quickly become one of the most successful programs of its type in North America.

The coordination of youth participation in schools, along with the provision of local racing opportunities and the accessibility of a world class high performance program will literally provide a pathway from the playground to the podium for BC bases athletes. Cycling BC wishes to appoint someone with a passion for sport and the self motivation to help drive the success of these initiatives. This is a full time position based at the Cycling BC offices in Vancouver.
This position requires passion, great organization skills and a keen attention to detail. Interested candidates should call our CEO directly (604-737-3164) to discuss their interest in the position or submit a cover letter a  resume via email or post to:
