June 11/11 8:46 am - Canadian Ex-National Team Member Suffers Stroke

We have learned that Eon D'Dornellas, owner of D'Ornellas Bike Shop in Scarborough, Ontario, former pro and Canadian national team member, suffered medical complications yesterday [Friday] during a club ride. Eon was rushed to hospital, where doctors were able to stabilize his condition. At this time, Eon is in Intensive Care being monitored as he recovers.  The family has requested that well wishers be patient, and they will update the cycling community on Eon's condition as information becomes available.
