The Forest City Velodrome is pleased to announce that Invita Sport (Mississauga) will be expanding their commitment for the women's program for 2012. The 2012, Invita-Sport Women's team will have a new look and an expanded roster. This will be the 2nd season of the partnership for the women's program that is based in London at the Forest City Velodrome. The goal of the Invita-FCV Women's team is to win races, be aggressive and be good sportsman in every race we enter.

Invita Sport is a classy bicycle retail store at 2325 Matheson Blvd. E in Mississauga. www.InvitaSport.com

The team was started in 2011 to help develop women track and road racers in Ontario. The Invita-FCV cycling team will compete weekly at the FCV throughout the winter racing Program, as well as compete for podiums at the Ontario Cup Road Races in the summer of 2012. The Invita Sports retail store is located 2 blocks from the Mississauga "Midweek Crit Series". The team has plans to contest races on Tuesday nights next summer.

The Invita-FCV Women's team is looking for 3 new riders to add to the team for 2012, if you are a Cadet/Junior or Senior 3 woman in Ontario looking for a change in 2012, please contact: ForestCityVelodrome@Live.com

The complete roster will be announced on October 1st.
