• Three acclaimations to the Board

Continuing are:

Malcolm Eade - VP Finance & Admin
Matthias Schmidt - VP Development 

New to Board - Julien Papon - member at large

All 2 yr positions

• Team Hardwood wins the Club Trophy

• Financially the Association in good shape with reserve fund to finance low cash flow periods

• Significant increase in high performance program, attending more events

• The Assn will be adding an entry level category to road racing - cyclo-sportif, shorter distances (40k). For grand fondo type riders. Details still being worked out

• Drop in membership due to a number of bmx clubs joining American Bicycle Association
