Springbank Registration Closing

We have just been informed that online registration for the Springbank Road race will be closing Saturday, April 29th. This means that you have only 5 days left to register. Go to the Online Registration page, or the Springbank page for more details (both at the top of your browser window). Registration is closing earlier than expected because this is a pre-Canada Games test event, and there are administrative requirements that have to be met.

Chiotti Admits EPO Use

Jerome Chiotti, currently a pro with the Giant team, has admitted in an interview with Velo Vert magazine that he used the performance enhancing drug EPO during the period in which he won the mountain bike world championships (Australia, 1996).

Chiotti's confession could result in a suspension from the UCI. He came forward because he says he wants to publicize the problems cycling is facing with drug use. Do you think he should be stripped of his world title? Vote on our Vote! page, at the top of your browser screen.
