The Russ Hays/Accent Inns Elite Racing Team is now accepting race resumes from Cat 1/2 road cycling athletes for the 2013 racing season.
The Team is offering selected riders a fully funded BC, Alberta, and Pacific Northwest race calendar, including select NRC races, and National Championships. Riders will receive team race bikes, mechanical support, training and race kits, travel and shared ac commodation, and team pricing on additional equipment and clothing.
Training and race support will be offered through a partnership with UCI Expert Coach, Houshang Amiri, of the Pacific Cycling Centre Ltd. , and will include idividual fitness testing, supervised training rides, winter training camps, and a warm weather training camp. Riders must have a valid Cat 1/2 license, be willing to commit to the full race calendar and training camps, and have shown strong results and/or potential in the 2012 road season.
Preference will be given to Vancouver Island-based athletes and athletes who are prepared to relocate to the Victoria, BC area for the training and racing season. Other athletes will be considered based on their ability to travel for training and competition.
