The Hardwood 50 kilometre and 24 kilometre SingleTrack Challenge will take place this Sunday, October 14th, at Hardwood Ski and Bike. Sadly, this is the FINAL MTB event on the OCA calendar for the season!

Come Ride or Race 50 kilometres of dedicated Mountain Bike Trails, and never ride the same single track twice! No road crossings, gravel road, or other traffic to worry about. This is your chance to enjoy all of Ontario's favourite mountain bike trails in one day. The trail crew are working hard over the next two days to leaf blow all the trails prior to the event!

Riders will tackle "Fun", "Cranked", "Serious", "Gnarly" and "Radical" courses for a total of 50 kilometres. You can ride it Solo, or Tag Team and partner up with a friend to take turns and split the distance. There are also Open and Youth categories for a less insane ride of 24 kilometres.

There is a field limit of 300 Solo and Tag Teams, so don't miss out! Registration is open until the event sells out, or 5:00 pm Saturday, October 13th. There is NO day of entry.

The 2012 Rider Guide with full details of how the event works and Rules and Regulations are now posted.
