November 29/12 9:34 am - Mid-Island Velo Association Begins Indoor Trainer Sessions

The Mid-Island Velo Association (MIVA) winter trainer sessions start Thursday, November 29th.  Sessions will take place between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm at Pleasant Valley School, Dunbar Road, Nanaimo (off Metral Drive).  Sufferfest videos will be shown each week.  The fee is $5.00.  Remember to bring a rug or towel to protect the floor.
