Commonwealth Games bronze medalist Remi Pelletier-Roy visited the National Cycling Centre Hamilton on Saturday, to give a talk to the young athletes that train at NCCH, their families and the staff. Remi spoke about motivation, balancing training and school (he is a third year medical student), and his experiences on the bike. After Remi spoke and took part in a Q&A session, we had the opportunity to speak with him. Remi spoke about visiting the NCCH, the men's Team Pursuit squad not making the Worlds and his goals for this season.
