On Saturday, November 7th, the Barrie Cycling Club will host its 9th Annual Baseball Cross Race.

Returning for another great year at the Barrie Sports Complex, we can promise loads of parking, and closed roadways during each race for complete safety of all riders.

The Baseball Cross, known for its course which snakes it way around baseball diamonds and soccer fields, promises to be a challenge for all riders.

For 2015, we are pleased to offer a new course designed by professional cyclist, Davide Frattini, promising a slightly longer course, more twists and turns and more technical. Sure to be more spectator friendly and fun for the riders.

"We're very excited about this year's event - professional racer, Davide Frattini has designed a completely new course for us. Sections are closer together so spectators won't have to work so hard to see the action unfold," said Barrie Cycling Club Event Organizer, Brendan Matheson. "With the success of last year's race, we're only looking to improve."

As always, the club has a great number of sponsors and partners on board, supporting the race. There will be an equal cash purse for Elite Men and Women along with great prizes for all other categories. Awards will be held immediately following the completion of each race start.
