Silent Sports Ontario Provincial Championships - XC at Ski Lakeridge

Seamus McGrath is our new Provincial Mountain Bike Cross Country Champion. Seamus openned it up on the first lap and put almost a minute on his two closest competitors, Josh Hall, and Jeff Weber. However Josh and Jeff road consistantly and were able to catch and pass Seamus by the third of 4 laps.

Seamus put the hammer down on the last lap, and finished his last lap just 12 seconds slower than is first lap. Seamus' strong lap placed him over a minute ahead of Josh, who had pulled ahead of Jeff.
