Coaching Course in Toronto

Road, MTB, Track Level 2 "Core" Technical

There is an opportunity for a NCCP Level 2 "Core" Cycling Technical on 4 consecutive Wednesdays in Toronto if there is enough interest. Contact Tara at the OCA Office by January 15th, 2001 if you are interested in Level 2 Core taught by Paul Jurbala. This course covers training methodology for all cycling disciplines. Check the OCA website under "High Performance Details" for additional upcoming courses.
