We are very sorry to report that former pro cyclist and team director Pascal Hervé has passed away. Pascal passed away on Christmas Eve at the age of 60, after a battle with cancer.

As a professional rider in the 1990s, he won stages of the Giro and the Tour de Suisse, as well as finishing second in a stage of the Tour de France and the Critérium du Dauphiné. At the 1996 Giro, he wore the Pink Jersey for a stage after his win. He rode for Festina-Lotus from 1994 to 1999 along with Richard Virenque. Like other members of the Festina squad, he was sanctioned due to the doping scandal of the time.

After retiring from racing in 2001, he moved to Canada and took on roles as a trainer and directeur sportif, working with riders like Hugo Houle and David Veilleux.
