Team Quebec were the big winners at the 2025 Track National Championships for Elite, Para and Masters riders, taking a total of 64 medals, including 29 golds. This was nearly twice as many as Ontario, with 34 medals (14 golds), while Alberta finished third with 24 medals (13 golds).

The event took place at the Sylvan Adams Centre National de Cyclisme Bromont for the first time, with the organizers hosting an extremely well run competition for nearly 150 riders from across Canada. Spectator attendance was at capacity, with the attendees cheering all the riders, no matter their origin. Two world records and a national record were set on the track.
Endurance
Four riders dominated the Elite competition; on the women's side it was Lily Plante of Equipe du Quebec winning the women's Omnium and Pursuit, and Ngaire Barraclough of LA Sweat taking the Points and Elimination titles. The duo then teamed up to take the Madison. The only title they didn't win in the women's endurance events was the Scratch Race, which was taken by Jenna Nestman (Tesseract Racing).

On the men's side, it was Michael Foley of Hustle Pro (Pursuit and Omnium) and Mathias Guillemette of Tudor Pro (Points and Scratch). Guillemette also won the Madison title with Chris Ernst (Expeditors Elite) - Foley did not compete in the final day of competition. Jonathan Hinse (Equipe du Quebec) won the Elimination.

Sprint
James Hedgcock (Team Ontario) won all three men's sprint events - the Sprint, Kilo and Keirin - continuing his dominance from last year. For the women, Sarah Orban (Alberta) took both the Sprint and the Kilo, but was beaten in the Keirin by Lauriane Genest. Orban's 1000 metre time set a Canadian record for the new longer distance (up from the previous 500 metres as of January 1, 2025). Orban's time of 1:09.703 replaced the 42 year old record set by Canadian Hall of Famer Sylvia Burka in 1982, of 1:14.990 .

The Para women also had their distance increased to 1000 metres, so Mel Pemble (Team BC), the C3 world record holder for the old 500 metre distance, was able to add the world record for the 1000 metre to her palmarés, with a time of 1:22.515 . We are not able to confirm at this time, but we believe that Jessica Law (United Velo) in the women's C5 also set a world record for 1000 metres, with a time of 1:18.997 .
