Ontario Track League Series

Blue Skies, & 14 degrees C, Greeted the riders for the 1st event of the Ontario Track League Series, Sponsored by North American Bici on Saturday. No wind (a novelty) at the Delhi Velodrome, was a welcome relief as the times recorded were consistent thought the day. Many new riders were in attendance to take the challenge of the 250m Delhi Track. The races were all run without any incidents. All of the new riders made an excellent showing of bike handling skills.

The organizers are introducing a youth division. Riders under 15 years old will be able to race at the next Series Event on Saturday May 25th. The only thing the Youth division racers will have to bring is their, BMX, Cross Country, or Road bike & a Helmet. Free entry for all youth division riders through-out the summer. This is an entry level division with the thoughts that these up and coming riders will progress into the Track League Series.
