With $1700 on the line, the fifth annual Bikeshevik GP ought to light-up a few wheels. This year the race features 7 categories including Masters, U16 Cub Racers and Parlympians! Entry is $40 with $2/entry going to the David Suzuki Foundation. This omnium-style event features the standard time trials in addition to scratch races, devils and points races.

We might also see an out-of-competition keirin and the oft-feared CJSW mad scramble where competitors negotiate the track going clockwise!

Saturday May 18th. Former Ontario Junior Road Race Champion from the Ottawa Bicycle Club, Colin Burn won the first stage of the the Commune de Monseret in Languedoc. The race is part of the Tour de Minervois an Elite 3-National-Regional stage race in France. Colin races for the Jeune Cyclist
