Ottawa ON - Clara Hughes, of Glen Sutton QC has earned her spot on the 2002 Canadian Commonwealth Games Team. Hughes was the top Canadian to finish the road stage at the Tour de Grand Montreal yesterday, which served as the selection event for the Commonwealth Games.
