Volunteers Needed for Bridge Construction at Hilton Falls September 21

Hilton Falls Conservation Area at Milton is asking for volunteers to help with the construction of bridges on some of the mountain bike trails within the park. For the 2002 season Hilton Falls has received a grant from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, as well as donations from local companies, for the materials necessary to build these bridges. The bridges will help to make the Hilton Falls trails more environmentally friendly and sustainable throughout the year.

Volunteers are requested for 9am on Saturday, September 21st. Cordless drills with a bit for Robertson Head screws are a big help. Bring your bike and your coffee mug. A free lunch, drinks, and admission to the trails are provided in appreciation of volunteer work. Please call Hilton Falls at 905-854-0262 or email at hiltonfalls@yahoo.com to let us know that you can help.

Hilton Falls Conservation Area is located on Campbellville Road, west of Regional Rd 25 and east of Guelph Line, just to the north of Highway 401.

IMBA Trail Crew Day Oct 4/5, 2002, Hardwood Hills MTB Center
