2003 World Championships News

• The last political impediment to the championships has been solved as the Ontario Government has now signed on to provide 2.25 million for tourism and business development in the Hamilton area. Another 1.25 million from the Trillium fund to go towards the Cycling Festival is pending.

• Colnago signed on today as the official bicycle of the 2003 championships.

• Steve Bauer Tours has been appointed the official tour operator for the championships.
