`Cross Nationals

The Cyclo-cross Nationals will be returning to Etobicoke Park (just south of Toronto International Airport) for the second straight year in 1998. The CCA (Canadian Cycling Association) has just approved a bid that will see Valerie Davidge repeat her successful organization of the event. The `Cross Nationals will take place on November 29th.


Coming Up

This weekend is round 3 of the cross-country World Cup, taking place in Budapest, Hungary. This should make for a very interesting women‚s race, since Alison Sydor and Paola Pezzo have split the first two events. Stay tuned for race results and stories tomorrow and Sunday (men‚s race) somewhere around noon EDT.
