Pan-Am Cycling Championships - Quito, Ecuador

Lori-Ann Muenzer just dropped us a line from the Pan-Ams, where she has been performing at her usual high standards.

I've been here in Quito, Ecuador since Sunday night and have been racing in the Pan American Championships. Things have gone nothing short of FANTASTIC and thought I'd bring you up to speed on how it has all gone:

Monday:
Keirin - 1st place!

Tuesday AM:
Standing 500M - 2nd place and a CANADIAN RECORD of 35.000sec!

Tuesday PM:
Flying 200M - 1st place and another CANADIAN RECORD of 11.010sec!

Wednesday AM:
1/2 Final Match Sprints - won both heats

Wednesday PM:
Sprint Finals - 1st place!!
