Euro Teams To Skip Beauce

The exact (French) text appears below but, in essence, European teams have pulled out of the GP Cycliste de Beauce, citing scheduling conflicts and the recent World Health Organization (WHO) warning regarding SARS in Toronto (since lifted and over 1000 kilometres away...). The Beauce organization has, none the less, promised a very competitive race. Hopefully, this open spaces for more North American squads.
