Dearborn Health presents Festival de Velo this Sunday July 20 at RIM Park in Waterloo. The Challenging 4km, 7 turn Circuit will prove to be a test of fitness for all competitors.
The exhibitor area has everything you need from your pre/post race massage or Chiropractic adjustment provided be our title sponsor Dearborn Health Services, along with many local bike shops, food vendors, Car Dealerships, World Championships, and live music on our Presentation Stage.
As you enter RIM Park you will be welcomed by our parking attendants, showing you where to park & watch all the activities, This is more than a bike race it is a FESTIVAL. For of the spectators who attend the races, there will be a tip sheet on how to watch a bicycle race.
The first 200 racers to register will receive a Goody Bag with Store Gift Certificates and products from many of the vendors. Registeration opens at 7:30am.
Senior 3 & Junior - Start 9am Race distance is 16 laps.
Master B,C,D, Cadet - Start 11am, with Women going off at 11:01am (Separate Race) 16 laps.
Master A - Start 1pm Race distance 18 laps
Pro Senio 1-2 - Start 3pm, Race Distance 22 Laps
We recommend you bring Towels, Changerooms / Showers / Restrooms are avalaible in the Main building at RIM Park.
The Waterloo Cycling Club welcomes all non-licenced & licensed riders to come out and test themselves, against the best racers in Ontario.
There will be plenty of Primes & over $2,700.00 in Cash to be distibuted to the Champions (Top 10) in most of the Categories throughout the day.

Hardwood Hills Ready for 10th Anniversary of the 24 Hrs of Adrenalin

The course for the 10th Anniversary of the 24 Hrs of Adrenalin presented by Jeep, is now set and roughly marked at Hardwood Hills. Riders and teams are welcome to come and ride the course anytime during Hardwood Hills regular hours of operation. Course maps are available at the main desk and regular trail fees apply until Aug 15th.
The course is approx. 18 km and includes many 24 hr favorites and a few new surprises!
24 Hrs of Adrenalin and Hardwood Hills will also be offering a special Night Riding opportunity on Friday Aug 1st. The trails will be open until 11:00 pm this night only!
